The Covid-19 crisis has led to the temporary suspension of some of the initiatives foreseen by the Chebec project, which were scheduled for the last phase of the regional pilot actions. Thus, the beneficiary organisations have seen their plans halted due to force majeure. In addition to the cancellation of the third mobility action, which was to be held in Bologna, most of the recipients of the Innovation Vouchers, meant to finance their internationalisation plans, have had to rethink their actions. The good news is that this suspension was only temporary: activities as the mobility action have been reshaped and will become a pilot support service for creative industries, innovation vouchers will be used to reinforce internationalization capacities and plans, events have been successfully carried out via web.
⇛ Among the activities that have been put in place to analyze and understand this enormous change, a report produced by Econcult (University of Valencia) provides an overview of the challenges encountered and the efforts still to be made to maintain sustainable, free and diverse environments for creation, dissemination and access to cultural life.
