On the 21st February, under the local Pilot Action, CIMAC started its Training Cycle for the beneficiaries. This session, under the theme “Strategic Planning and Organization Position” is the first of 8 modules that intent to support the cultural enterprises and associations selected to the pilot action, in their entrepreneurship and internationalization skills and knowledge.
With the support of NERE, a Business Centre for Central Alentejo, the training will be lectured by a pool of experts, able to integrate the contents of entrepreneurship and internationalization in the cultural and creative context.
Until the end of April, these cultural and creative actors, will access training in themes like Fiscal Regime; Business Plan and Financial Management of Cultural Programming; Communication Strategies; Digital Marketing; Sales and Negotiation; Support and Incentives to CC Sector; Internationalization Strategies; Copyrights, Data Protection and Industrial Property.
In parallel to the training sessions, the experts will also provide consultancy to each one of the Chebec beneficiaries in Central Alentejo, in order to better identify and overcome their specific problems and needs.
